      Safety culture is very strong in industrial sites. Benefits are very good if you take full advantage of certain offerings (not perfect, but very good).

      Cons

      Bureaucratic at times. There are built in layers which can slow down progress.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
