      Out dated management. Bullying atmosphere. IT systems poor. It is like going back 30 years. Look elsewhere if you want to keep your confidence and enjoy your work.

      The salary is decent for the job

      Cons

      Higher management see you as a statistic, not a person. High staff turnover due to this. They're also really inflexible.
