Pros
If you don't know an answer to a question, my co-workers are always willing to help. We are a team whether we're all in one location or not.
Cons
There aren't many oppotunities for growth at my location. And I feel that it is based off of personal reasons. I have been there for years and I have seen a lot. However, some people do get promoted. Others have to go elsewhere outside of MetLife to find opportunities for advancement.
