Pros
Diversity, culture, good benefits, growth within an individual sales office, good brand, company is doing well considering all of the financial institutions that are not! Each individual sales offices run their shop their own way. I was fortunate to have worked for one of the most successful, innovative shops with a very driven leader. The MD had an open door policy for ideas, questions etc. They also promoted within to provide growth within their culture to retain their talent.
Cons
Corporate- restructuring every two years, massive lay offs. Lack of communication/transparency that you get in the sales environment.
