Cons
Talented people find hard to stay for long as people already in management play a lot of politics and do a lot of favouritism. You will be hired only if they find some project in hand hard to crack at their level otherwise they will hire someone from their relatives. They have grown into a sophisticated gang that has generated ways to remain on their positions and fool everyone in top management in LA and do whatever as they want. You are supposed to become like them or you will get fired some day definitely.
