      The company treats their employees terribly and expects long hours without any positive encouragement. the run over is horrendous and the person in charge of staffing is a nightmare.

      the salary range is market average & above for some positions

      Cons

      If you are not a friend of the Merritt brothers you will not be treated fairly or with respect. The expectations are absurd for hours and dedication for a company that doesn't allow you to event leave 15 mins early for a doctors appointment.
