Pros

If you want to obtain sleep deprivation this place will lead to it due to long hours, if you want to be an angry indivdual due to lack of pay, respect from management, low wages this place will lead to it

Cons

60 plus work hours a week, forced overtime to include mandatory Saturdays with somtimes the option to also work Sundays. Low wages, some individuals had received less than a dollar raise (better than nothing). Lack of leadership from management, management has been deceitful at times.

Pros

They do very high quality woodworking for a very small but elite market. The pay and benefits for the most part are fair.

Cons

The executive team is very disconnected from the production work force. It is a second generation company that is riding their laurels, but because of quality issues is on a fast track to disaster.
