Pros
It's a small community hospital feel, encased in a big company. Great benefits because it's a big company, yet everyone in the hospital knows each other. The hospital also just reached Magnet status.
Cons
It is not as fancy or as big as other local hospitals. However, it is currently expanding the emergency room.
