I worked at MemorialCare full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good pay scale and professional advancement program

    Cons

It has become a very “corporate” mentality. What once felt like a team environment now just feels like an every man for himself job, where you could get fired for anything at anytime. They no longer truly reward longevity in the same way

I have been working at MemorialCare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great opportunity to learn , can become well rounded if you float.

    Cons

Going above and beyond will get you a 3 percent raise. Doing bare minimum will get you a percent raise. There is no incentive to work harder. Day shift is overstaffed and night shift is extremely short.
