      Very cliquish; hard to go further; need to have been in the company for long time to grow; of course, very bureaucratic and hard to get things done.

      The mission. Work life balance. Great co workers. Opportunity to work on various products.

      Cons

      Typical issues of a HUGE company. Too many title chasers with lack of accountability. Stock has been flat for years.
