Pros
The hard working and innovative are compensated well. Medline may fire you if you underperform, but I don't recall any layoffs. Most of the leadership team is highly talented and will challenge you to be better. Entrepreneurs can thrive in this environment.
Cons
Diversity is not important in the corporate offices.
