Pros
only Pro I can think of is remote work
Cons
At first, Medalogix seemed like a great place to work. The QA Leader comes across as approachable and understanding, but that quickly fades. What initially felt like normal feedback soon escalated into intense scrutiny over the smallest mistakes. Even minor slips are blown out of proportion, creating a high-stress environment where you're constantly walking on eggshells.
To make matters worse, the overall environment is chaotic. People are judged harshly based on arbitrary standards. You’re criticized for what you say—or don’t say—depending on the QA leader mood. Dare to ask the wrong question or ask the same question twice, and you’ll be shamed in the team chat by the QA Leader, creating a culture of fear rather than support.
On top of all this, QA staff are expected to manage deployments and releases, which falls outside the usual QA responsibilities. To make matters worse, the process for doing so involves a confusing multi step process that is disorganized, and at best, downright disjointed.
If you're looking for a healthy, professional, and supportive workplace, I would recommend steering clear of Medalogix.
