No-showed by the interviewer in the final round. Followed up and heard nothing back. Maybe the company was having financial hardships? Yet I see them posting more jobs? Landed a job with a hospice provider two weeks later. I've been put in charge of selecting a clinical decision making tool. The world works in mysterious ways.
