Pros
Such an amazing culture - one that is definitely refreshing. Every company talks about culture as one of the highest areas of importance, but many fail at maintaining it as they grow to become larger organizations. Medallia values it's culture and it's employees. There is a high level of transparency and management is extremely genuine.
Cons
Every company that experiences high growth will experience growing pains. Hoping this will be as well executed as the plan seems.
