Pros

salary, benefits, unlimited PTO, remote work

Cons

where to start just read all of the dozens of actual real reviews that speak to lack of experience in leadership from Silicon Valley hacks. as someone once said, on a town hall post lay off #1, this place is filled with "sycophants." more VPs then actual doers here. 90% of leaders are completely living in another reality and just fostering the CEO's dilutions to line their own pockets while the company completely falls apart from within. won't recommend if job stability and mental health are important to you. if you are able to deal with insanity from clueless ELT worth the roll of the dice for the salaries; but don't say you weren't not informed of all the reviews posted here.

Pros

Amazing people, flexible schedules, ability to work from anywhere, innovation and creative solutions encouraged, competitive pay, overall good leadership, growth opps, and being part of something that is in the process of being built.

Cons

Because of where the company is at in terms of maturity (still somewhat considered start-up), it can be fast paced, and at times chaotic. Some people feed off this and like being part of this phase, whereas others find this frustrating. I have had coworkers at Medable love this aspect like me, and I've had some that didn't see themselves at Medable longterm because of this. So while I can't think of too many cons, I would say this would be one I have seen firsthand from coworkers. For me, the main con is not getting as much face time with coworkers as I'd like.

Pros

The leadership team sets a clear vision and communicates it well. You always know how your work ties back to the company’s goals. Smart, collaborative colleagues who genuinely want to help each other succeed. It feels like everyone is rowing in the same direction. Strong culture of innovation. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and celebrated. You never feel stuck doing things “the way they’ve always been done.” Work life balance is respected. Expectations are high, but so is the support. Professional growth is real here. Opportunities to take on more responsibility, lead high-impact projects, and develop new skills come often Leadership truly cares about employees as people, not just as headcount. Recognition is consistent and meaningful.

Cons

Fast paced environment may feel intense at times
