      Remote work. Friendly environment. Flexible

      Cons

      Layoffs every now and then and doesn't matter if you are a top performer or did everything to your team. Management will pick up your name randomly and threw you out. No one is safe even the company is doing pretty good in Sales and investment however they are greedy and cold blooded. No clear plan to progress your career.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, heavy workload and unrealistic expectation. Very unstable work environment, they laid a considerable % of people off twice in 2023 and there is a considerable turnover too. No proper training or support- they have lots of general tutorials but there is no training or support on your day to day job, everyone is beyond busy. Focus on processes that not only do not simplify the day to day job but they are not customer or employee friendly. The salaries and benefits are good but they do not compensate for the long hours and lack of life balance.
