Pros
Resilience is a core value at Medable, the definition is- to have or possess an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change. I have been at Medable for 2 years now, I've seen goals shift, and priorities change, but all along they have been wrapped in resilience. We've always been willing to work towards improving our patient's experience. That has been the core of our focus. Economic conditions change, technology evolves, but Medable continues to drive at our central purpose; our mission. How can we do more to benefit our patients and our customers? What can we do to allow therapies to get to market more quickly? I've worked at a lot of organizations over the years and hands down, Medable is the top tier. The willingness to change, and adapt what isn't working and yet keep going towards our mission is something I very much value and hope we never lose sight of. Medable allows me the flexibility to fail fast, get better, and not repeat the same mistakes all the while working shoulder to shoulder with some of my best co-workers of my career. I see Medable continuing to impact the landscape of Decentralized Clinical Trials all while putting Patients and Employees First.
Cons
New and emerging technologies, and workplaces that develop these technologies, are sometimes hard for people used to codified process. If you are not a self starter, nor comfortable 'calling the shot', and then owning that decision, then iterating further- you may not be a good fit for Medable. Come here only if you have a strong willingness to contribute, can pivot quickly and provide value in all you do.
