Benefits, medical is so inexpensive, bonus program is nice. Great training to prepare you to be successful
Cons
Sometimes the flavor of the month gets old. Not enough stability in the upper ranks due to turnover, promotions or transfers Must help under performing stores and transfer your people to those stores, problem is they keep on turning over people and you basically have to develop talent between 2 stores or more
