It’s a clear tactic to avoid paying women what they’re worth. Titles don’t reflect your actual role, and advancement is more about office politics than performance or skill. One of the biggest issues is the leadership — particularly a woman in a senior role who has no relevant experience, lacks critical thinking skills, and doesn't understand the key functions of the project. Despite numerous costly mistakes, she continues to be protected by upper management. No one can explain how she got the position or why she still has it. It’s demoralizing to watch someone so unqualified hold power over people who actually know what they’re doing. The environment is toxic, competitive in all the wrong ways, and driven by ego rather than teamwork or results.
