Pros

Salary and benefits are fair. Housed in a nice office building. Useful EHS lunch and learns provided to corporate staff.

Cons

This is not a long term company where you can grow your career. Lays offs are a common practice to the point where they actually use it as a normal budget cut or staffing plan. My manager in particular was a nightmare. Worst boss I have ever had in my 14 year career. HR provided no help with issues I dealt with daily. When it can time to lay me off, it was done in front of the entire department. So humiliating!
