Ugh - IT Analyst McDermott Employee Review

Very silo-ish. Upper management was clueless, as was mid-management. Local management was good, but powerless to make even the most basic decisions. Like a lot of companies, shifting IT to a helpdesk on the other side of the world with communication issues.
