Pros

Worklife balance: company seems to understand the we are humas with families and hobbies Remote flexibility: Mostly remote with the occasional "please come in for this one important thing" which is actually refreshing and doesn't feel like a trap Benefits: Comparable to rest of tech. Solid, reliable, nothing that makes you yell "wow" but also nothing that makes you cry. So we'll call that a win.

Cons

Leadership churn: leaders come and go like seasonal drinks. Just when you've figured out the new direction a new captain new map Priorities and strategy shift often: Plans change quickly so flexibility is basically a job requirement but it keeps things interesting.
