I absolutely love working at GRAPH! I am given so much support in developing important professional skills and ample opportunities to demonstrate those skills. I love the culture here at GRAPH. While young, there is so much empowerment within the company to start and support initiatives you care about!

Since the company is so new, there are certain growing pains and we are still establishing certain initiatives but the progress has been incredible and I look forward to seeing what is to come!

- Growing pains of a small company, but partners do a great job communicating to us what we can realistically expect and the thought process behind the decisions they make -Hours can be long and unpredictable similar to any consulting job, but low frequency of travel and flexibility to work at home at night makes it a lot more manageable
