Intensive interview process, amazing team. Began with a phone screen, then a case with an associate, then a behavioral / case with a partner, then a series of general ability and personality tests, then a super day at the DC office with a series of 6 interviews (5 behavioral, 1 case). Matters Graph covered travel expenses (including a hotel for those coming from out of town). It was clear throughout that they take the hiring process very seriously and prioritize fit.
Can't stress how great the team was—definitely the kind of place that makes 9 interviews feel fun.
