      Fun and challenging work everyday. Excellent leadership and mentoring from the director of Data Services. Great opportunities to innovate and learn.

      Cons

      Hardly any corporate events year round ( from IT services point of view). Need more events to boost employee morale.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
