Pros
The Marriott discount is very nice and can be used all over the world. Most of the employees that work there are very friendly and get along well. The job generally isn't stressful (depending on the position).
Cons
Mid-level management is the biggest struggle. If of course varies by department but some fell in to their positions and are not as qualified as they should be. There is low pay and minimal benefits.
