      Canteen, barista, and free gym on site

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, not a very supportive environment, high stress and frustration levels, endless trainings that don't really mean anything. There seems to be a huge divide between the two different sides of the site. Almost impossible to get some things done efficiently due to red tape. There are better, more developed pharmaceutical companies to work for.

      Pros

      Best Colleagues! I miss them. Most folks are really great. There are of course some folks that are climbers and back biters, but the good ones make up for it.

      Cons

      Salary is definitely below industry and you better negotiate your salary before you start because you'll never get more than 3% and promotions can be difficult.
