      The benefits for shift captains are great and the pay is alright

      Cons

      The responsibilities are not shared between morning and night crews, morning can slack off a lot but if night does we get yelled at. they keep horrible employees that don't do their job

      Great people to work with and very competitive pay for the similar work in local area as well as tips.

      Cons

      Recent change in management had created a less enjoyable work environment with profits being put more above customer experience and employee experience
