      Hybrid work, breakroom snacks, flexible hours

      Cons

      Poor communication from senior staff to junior staff Not treated like an individual but rather a means to make money Will grind you for busy season and then lay you off once slow-summer comes around - with no warning or notice Do not encourage moving to other teams/providing references
