1.Employee freedom 2.Interpersonal relation 3.Responsibilty specially if u r in Vehicle Integration,Validation or Program Management. 4.If u r in one of the above dept. u will have great authority, critical part of decision making 5.Overall positive feel on Mahindra culture 6.Average employee age is 27yrs, so lots of energy and dedication. 7.Time relaxation 8.Customer interaction 9.Supportive to new ideas 10.CATIA software...best software to try out concepts and Design Analysis at design stage only. 11.Trainings 12.Location of Company

Cons

1.No defined timelines 2.Top level politics...it can actually freak u out 3.Too much benchmarking... 4.Communication gap between top management and operation level. 5.Perfromance of Managers needs to be reviewed very very critically 6.Marketing really needs to think about thier strategy 7.If u can boast....u can get a very good rise irrespective of ur performance

Pros

Good salary. Relatively new company, so small in size, all benefits of small/new company: > Wide opportunities for all. > Not very strict policies. > Easily approachable management.

Cons

All problems of a small/new company: > Limited/poor knowledge base > Too much power in the hands of few wrong people (top management) > Poor systems setup (IT, purchase, HR, admin etc) > Both parents are leading companies in respective fields, but MNAL is not ready to adopt systems / technical knowledge from either of two > Too much 'favoring' at times > Very wrong decisions made during starting years, in terms of road map, technology, hiring policies etc, for which company is still suffering.

Pros

1. Encourage interns to develop their own ideas and put it to practical use. 2. Good projects for interns, good learning opportunities. 3. Stipend of 15k INR monthly 4. Cooperative, helpful employees who help you with any question 5. Learnt to work around a lot with MS Office which I never knew to be so useful. 6. The head of the company was as easily approachable as the assistant managers.

Cons

1. Took almost 10days for the project to start.... 2. A lot of work involved excel sheets and presentation and just documenting information after taking measurements. Designing work was assigned only for the last 20days of a 60day internship. 3. The HR department always keeps you on the radar.
