Pros
MIRATECH is a company that prides itself on its people and purpose. It is a great work environment, full of wonderful people, serving a greater good. It is a global company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has established 30 years of a hardworking, fun-loving, earth-saving culture. So that's pretty cool for Tulsans, who are often surrounded by oil & gas companies! Employees are encouraged to lend their ideas openly and are constantly given the chance to enact change or make improvements at all levels of the business. Management sincerely cares about all employees and are constantly working to cultivate and grow the business in a successful way. For example, during COVID, not one employee was laid off, and senior managers all took large pay cuts to protect the jobs and salaries for who made less. The CEO also decided this year to give everyone who's worked here 4 years or less, 4 weeks of PTO instead of 3, so they can enjoy more time away from work with their loved ones! Everyone who's worked here longer get more than 4 weeks of PTO! This company is not only a solid and well-diversified successful stable company, but it also serves as a happy hive of hard-working people trying to make the world a better place with positivity and progressive innovation. Every day.
Cons
Every company has it's strengths and weaknesses, but "Cons" are few and far between. If I had to pick one, I would say, the global footprint and multiple locations makes it difficult to see all our colleagues in other facilities on a regular basis.
