Very difficult to move up, execs are unreachable and secretive, its not clear how to advance in your career, recently theyve taken a strong turn to a more "corporate" mindset and the weird emphasis on branding, podcasts, social media is not great. Would appreciate more given back to the employees, its really difficult to see annual revenue and profit margins so large and then being told that youre getting a 2% raise for outstanding performance. They love to flex "great place to work" but that was won years ago...the miratech that won that is not the same miratech that it is today.

I would strongly caution anyone considering working here. The HR department lacks professionalism and often ignores problems instead of solving them. The culture is toxic, with little to no diversity in corporate. During my time, two minorities were let go after raising concerns. I was also targeted and harassed by an HR generalist for six months, and despite many attempts to fix the situation, I had to resign. Don’t expect confidentiality from HR—your private information is likely to be shared. Management frequently sweeps issues under the rug, creating an environment lacking accountability and support. If you want fair treatment, diversity, and a respectful workplace, look elsewhere.
