"Glassdoor review" was on my onboarding tasklist, so I guess I'm a bit late with that.
Unfortunately, my disappointment with MBition couldn't be bigger. To start with, my impression is that MBition is trying to pose as a sort of start-up inside Mercedes. But that couldn't be further from my experience that MBition acts more like another Mercedes department with everything that goes along with that: discounts on MB cars, free tickets to MB museum, and the fact that some people from the (MB) management will happily yell and pressure you to work overtime because they haven't planned the work accordingly.
Other than that, in my entire career, I haven't felt that unappreciated by my job. When I joined, it turned out that the picture of the company I had after my interviews had little to nothing with the reality.
The proccesses and the structure are sometimes so heavy that the challenge comes not from your tasks themself but from navigating the corporate infrastructure.
