      Good company with great benefits and nice colleagues. Huge opportunity to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Chaotic middle management. Sometimes "Please the Manager" attitude Seemingly due to the ties with Daimler, processes and IT infrastructure is just horrible.

      Pros

      Mbition is a great place to work. Home office, good team structure, competitive salary. Regular working hours, it never gets boring

      Cons

      I found no contradictions. I am satisfied, so far I have nothing to complain about. I cant think of any cons as of now.
