Pros
The majority of the people are amazing. Open office creates a good culture, lots of social activities during and outside of work, monthly bars on a Friday afternoon, good Christmas party, happy to get involved in group charity events, not frowned upon to take an hour for lunch, really good career progression, the job never gets boring as clients are demanding in an exciting way and the content is mostly really interesting. Company always looking at ways to improve and welcome to try new ideas.
Cons
Not the most profitable branch of the M3 group, pressure from head CEO to be more efficient is putting stress on people. Some higher management can be frustrating to work with. Old systems/ lack of good systems and software makes some work processes slow.
