They directly hire high management without introducing these poor souls to their teams, and people who have no idea what to do, when things do not go according to plan, they are quickly fired and used as escape goats, whole departments got rid off and workloads put onto others, no one to talk to very stressful, people who are meant to help you very rude
they have no loyalty to any member of staff, company only after the profit, you get a couple of BBQ’s a year and a Christmas party, bonuses depend on if they meet their targets which of course are set so high they never reach them.
No incentives to stay with this company the amount of staff leaving now is really high. have had a few workers leave do to stress, people doing their job get overlooked
