      Pros

      I like the environment a lot. It truly does feel like you are working with your friends. Everyone cares about you as a person and they enjoy hanging out together outside of work.

      Cons

      Little career growth in my field. They keep pushing out a promotion after being here for almost a year and a half.

      Freedom to start whenever you like and it’s drive as long as you can

      Gas prices are just killing profit and you have to work a lot of hours to make a decent pay
