Pros
Culture varies from state to state from my understanding, but my region is laid back Vacation starts at four weeks, which is hard to beat. There are very smart individuals working with you, so you will find no shortage of brains to pick. Management to a certain level has a general concern for their employees and you have a feeling of working together rather than for or against.
Cons
The training at Qwest is virtually non existent. Learn as you go as it is with many other places, but this places an emphasis on luck in terms of your career progression. When you start, and what group you land in has a hand in how your tenure goes.
