      Good money managers, strong potential, lots of change, not a lot of results, much waste - Director Lumen Employee Review

      Pros

      Well funded, while moves slowly - is making innovative steps.

      Cons

      In spite of their slogans, they still tend to want to throw cheap labor at a problem rather than systems investment. Upward mobility eventually leads to Monroe, LA - not a place I'd want to live.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
