flexible working time; 50% of the prices for all Lufthansa flights in the world - about the employee and his/her family members; good benefit basket with monthly/yearly bonuses and discounts from lots of shops,services and Multisport;
Cons
no change of first agreed personal salary during the years (only benefit basket); no development within the company as there is no correct internal recruitment for other job positions and no personal insentive for a good done job.
