Lufthansa Group Interview Questions

The Interview process consisted of a video call which was very professional and nice. However, I was not selected because of my background and I understand if someone of more similar skill sets was given a chance instead.

Ein nettes Online Gespräch. Hier wurde der Werdegang besprochen. Dann allgemeine zu den zukünftigen Tätigkeiten. Davor gab es einen Online Test der ähnlich eines IQ Test war. Unbedingt eine Maus verwenden!

Incredibly slow! Applied in November, first interview as videoconference in December. After that the second round took place in person end of January. The announced feedback timelines were regularly exceeded. In the end they didn’t extend an offer. The wording during the final interview and several calls after the interview was very positive. They offered me peer talks after the final interview, which I did not make use of as I said they should first make a decision since it would otherwise be a waste of time for both sides. The interviewers were kind but I really question the company culture. They appear somewhat self-righteously complacent. Overall, quite a tiring and annoying process.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch war 2 to 1 und/oder 3 to 1 von Teamleiter:innen der Abteilung. Es war tolle Atmosphäre und gab auch Rollenspiele. Viele interessante Fragen. Man sollte sich gut vorbereiten.

The interview was initially a very casual one but to the latter part of it, was not so focused and friendly. A newly formed team did not have much idea on what the expected outcomes or the questions on the role etc. It was quite surprising to have experienced such a thing from a world-renowned company.

The interview process consisted of three phases: - Initial interview the hiring manager and another Data Scientist. - An take-home coding assignment with a 3 hour time limit for submission - Debrief of the coding assignment + additional technical questions. I ended up not taking the offer, because the salary was too low.

It was really pleasant and the interviewer was approachable. She made me feel comfortable and the questions was pretty general. She made me some english questions to test my speaking skills as well.

Vorstellungsgespräch in Frankfurt. Das Interview war leicht. Der englischtest auch. Ich hätte die Stelle bekommen aber man darf keine Tattoos (auch wenn nicht sichtbar) am Körper haben. Ich wurde nur daher abgelehnt. Also wer Tattoos hat braucht sich nicht zu bewerben.
