Pros
The people are truly the best part of Loopio. I've worked with smart, supportive teammates who care about doing great work and helping each other succeed. There's a strong culture of collaboration, and people are generally willing to jump in and help when needed. The benefits and flexibility are great. Six weeks of PTO, fully remote work, and access to a downtown office if you want in-person collaboration is a great setup. Compensation is competitive, and there's a real investment in employee development and growth. Leadership is approachable and receptive to feedback. Employees are encouraged to share ideas and challenge the status quo, and there are lots of opportunities to work on meaningful problems that have a visible impact on the business.
Cons
Like many SaaS companies right now, Loopio is navigating a period of change. Priorities and processes continue to evolve as the company adapts to market conditions and focuses on long-term growth. There are ongoing efforts to improve planning, prioritization, and ways of working across teams. Positive changes are happening, but as with any growing company, some initiatives take time to roll out and gain traction.
