Long Wave has a great culture. People work well together. Conversation and team work is easy to initiate and there is space for it throughout the entire organization at every level. And a GREAT work like balance.

I don't really have any. I suppose if you don't like the fast pace of a growing company it may not be a good fit for you.

You get to travel and make friendships with the field crew

The office managers are all incompetent and put profits above everything else. This company has no incentives that make you want to be away from home for long periods of time. There are plenty of qualified field guys, but the office only wants to hear advice from ONE specific tower guy. Every chance they get they'll take a little from you, and then ask you to work faster, what a joke.
