Long Wave interview questions

The interview was a very relaxed and informal process for this position. Discussion over lunches, and single meeting at their former Bricktown office. I met with the direct of the programs I would be working, and he really only asked about my personal life and didn't focus on work experience.

Casual sit down with the manager. Discussed what Long Wave specialized in as well as the expected work environment. Additionally, items such as PTO, work schedule, holidays and reporting procedures were discussed.
