Pros

The day-to-day operations staff is incredibly resilient, highly capable, and hard-working. The frontline team genuinely understands the business and does their best to support one another despite the internal challenges.

Cons

The current work environment has become incredibly hostile and counterproductive due to the leadership style at the top. The new CEO is completely disconnected from the actual reality of the operations staff. Rather than collaborating or utilizing the expertise of the existing team, it is strictly an "its either my way or the highway" mentality. Furthermore, there is a severe lack of baseline technical and operational competency from executive leadership. It is incredibly frustrating to be micromanaged by someone who lacks the capacity to understand daily workflows and struggles with basic workplace technology, yet refuses to listen to the experts they hired. This top-down rigidity has severely damaged morale.

Pros

Great people, friendly and they make you feel like family.

Cons

Low pay, a lot of work, the main office in France are a bunch of cry babies. Some people in high level management positions are highly inept. Pretty bad benefits and a pay ys borderline poor.
