Pros
Great benefits, cool and challenging engineering problems, plenty of opportunities for lateral and growth moves, good management, great 4/10 work schedule with flexible telecommuting options.
Cons
The main downside to working here is dealing with a constant bureaucracy and trying to navigate the ins/outs of the large company each day. Dealing with the DoD in the A&D industry adds to the feeling of "running in place" at times. Certain efforts/projects do not allow for flexible schedules or telecommuting.
