The work is prestigious, and interesting. You aren't locked down to a specific role or area, as there are so many places within the company to work, you can really go anywhere or find something in the area you can't leave.
Cons
Sometimes it can be difficult to see how your work fits into the massive decades long projects that go on at Lockheed.
