Pros
Great work schedule and work life balance. During tough times, managers will try to find you a spot for you in order to keep you. Once you have a good manager who really trust and cares about your career, you can soar.
Cons
Trust is a major issue for early and mid-career employees. You're only as good as the assignments you're given or that's available. You are still rated amongst those who have outstanding opportunities. Compensation is not competitive to the market.
