- Friendly, professional, chill and understanding colleagues who are willing to help - get to attend media events like any perk of a media company - sometimes get to eat out as a team - creative freedom - get to work in an international environment as an English speaking media company

- low pay, minimum wage for a full-time intern - shady, questionable business practices and micromangement prevalent from boss - loud environment which makes it hard to focus mostly due to company space and boss shouting around
