Pros

In theory the pro is that you can do your work whenever you want. However this is true to a point. In the 40 days or so I worked for the company I noticed that often there were no tasks available for me to do. Basically the availability of work (the so called "tasks") is very unpredictable.

Cons

After about a month working on "tasks" I started feeling kind of humiliated as a result of the nature of the task. Altough the test and admittedly some of the task might seem initially interesting the true is that the large majority of tasks are very repetitive. Also altough the Company tells you that you will be paid for the time you spend on the task the reality is that you are paid only if such time is within their "expected productivity goals" or whatever the call them. 10.50 (gross) euros per hour might not seem bad initially but considering that the tasks take on average longer to complete and all the administrative tasks you end up working for 2 hours to get paid for one. In the end they did whatever the could to avoid paying the work I had done and they succeded but I was glad anyway to leave. Not sure to whom this work can appeal, perhaps to those devoted to slavery.

Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options and remote work opportunities allow for a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Recognition and Rewards: Employees are regularly acknowledged for their hard work and achievements, both through formal recognition programs and informal appreciation. Even if it is just a call out on a team meeting, it shows your hard work is not going unnoticed.

Cons

Rapid Changes: The company's dynamic nature means frequent shifts in priorities or objectives, which may be challenging for those who prefer stability. Resource Constraints: Occasionally, there might be limited resources which can impact the ability to execute projects efficiently. Communication Gaps: In a large organization, there can be occasional breakdowns in communication between departments, leading to misunderstandings or delays. Onboarding Process: The initial onboarding process might benefit from more structure or support to help new employees acclimate quickly.

Pros

No pros, there is literally nothing I can say about them that is good.

Cons

No team, everyone is individual. No culture.
